Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every BURGIO. piece is handcrafted in Italy by local artisans using traditional ceramic and marble-working techniques. Each mug, bowl, and table is individually finished, meaning slight variations in color, glaze, or texture are natural characteristics of the craft. No two pieces are ever exactly the same, which is part of their charm.
Where are your products made?
All BURGIO. ceramics are handmade and hand-glazed in Tuscany, Italy. Our marble furniture pieces are crafted in Carrara using high-quality Arabescato, Travertine, and other natural stones. We work closely with small Italian workshops to support local craftsmanship.
How long will my order take to ship?
Ceramic pieces that are in stock usually ship within three to five business days. Our Super Glossy Collection is hand-glazed in small batches and may require one to two weeks of preparation during busier periods. Made-to-order pieces, such as furniture and large bowls, typically require between six and nine weeks. Each product page includes its specific lead time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. BURGIO. ships worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, and all international taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Are your ceramic pieces dishwasher or microwave safe?
Most BURGIO. ceramic pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Super Glossy pieces are microwave safe but should be washed carefully by hand to preserve the shine. Stoneware items with special finishes may require air-drying after washing.
How do I care for glossy ceramic pieces?
Glossy ceramic surfaces should be washed gently with non-abrasive soaps and soft sponges. Avoid extreme temperature changes to protect the glaze. Handwashing prolongs the vibrancy of the finish and helps preserve the natural shine.

How do I care for stone or marble pieces?
Marble should be cleaned with a soft cloth and pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic products such as lemon or vinegar. Always wipe spills immediately to prevent staining, and use coasters or mats where possible. All BURGIO. marble tables are sealed but still require gentle care.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns for eligible items within fourteen days of delivery. Made-to-order pieces, custom finishes, and furniture are final sale due to their handcrafted nature. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Details can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible at your customer support email.
